"The NPORS S001 Site Safety Awareness Training Course is a comprehensive classroom program designed to equip learners with the essential knowledge to understand the dangers of the construction industry and how they can keep safe on site. The NPORS S001 Site Safety Awareness is a one day, level one health & safety awareness training activity that is suitable to achieve a green CSCS card provided the learner has a suitable health, safety and environment test

Green CSCS card training

This training activity will provide learners with theoretical knowledge which covers the following areas:
​

  • You'll have a strong understanding of the dangers of working in the construction industry and how you can keep safe on site.

​

  • You will have knowledge of applicable legislation, regulations, ACOPs and Health & safety guidance

​

  • We will explain safe systems of work including key documents such as permits, RAMS, and technical data

​

  • You'll have an understanding of common risks including asbestos, silica dust, COSHH, manual handling, noise, vibration, moving plant, work at height, confined spaces and buried services.

​

  • You'll have knowledge of the causes of accidents, near misses and unsafe conditions and how you can play your part in reducing them. 

​

  • There will be an environmental considerations section where items such as pollution, sustainability and environmental emergencies are covered.

Do I have to attend the full course if I'm already experienced? 
This training activity is not available for in an experienced worker format and all learners must attend the full training course. Up to 20 novices can be trained in a day

What is the price of the NPORS S001 Site Safety Awareness Training Course
The price of the course can vary depending upon learner numbers and training location. A full course can be carried out from as little as £100+ VAT making it one of the most commercially viable qualification scheme on the market.
